Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our luxury hotel team in Kildare, Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee front desk procedures, and collaborate with various departments to enhance our guests' experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and addressing guest enquiries.
  • Lead, train, and support the front office team to uphold our luxury hotel service standards.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing procedures, and ensure accurate use of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes for all interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support occupancy targets and operational needs.
  • Maintain strong communication with senior management regarding performance metrics and industry trends.
