Job Description:

Job Title: Sales & Administration Support – Galway


Location: Galway

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 or 8:30–17:30)

Salary: €30,000–€35,000 per annum

Benefits: 5% bonus, pension (up to 7.5% employer match), health insurance, 22 days annual leave


Key Responsibilities

Maintain and develop relationships with established customer accounts, ensuring delivery accuracy, margin management, and retention.

Set up new customer accounts during calls, ensuring all information is complete and correct.

Generate new business and re-engage inactive customers through phone and email communication.

Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring efficient and professional handling.

Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries.

Meet monthly performance targets including volume, margin, EBITDA, and new/inactive business.

Update and maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce in line with company guidelines.

Collaborate with Business Development Managers within the region.

Manage commercial accounts with responsibility for maximising volume and ensuring accurate customer data.

Manage commercial aged debt and ensure all accounts comply with credit terms.

Submit overdue account updates to the Credit Manager as required.

Carry out weekly outbound calling campaigns to meet set objectives.



Requirements

Background in administrative, customer service, or sales support roles.

Strong phone communication and organisational skills.

Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain accurate records.

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Ability to meet targets and manage workloads effectively.
