Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
  • Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and enhance existing offerings.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and organized.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain a positive and efficient working environment while adhering to deadlines.
