Hours: Wednesday – Sunday, approx. 3:00pm – 9:00pm

About the Role

My client a growing, fast-paced pizza brand operating multiple locations across Kildare — with an exciting new store opening soon in Newbridge. They are now looking for a hands-on Multi-Site Supervisor with strong restaurant leadership experience to oversee day-to-day operations, support our teams, and help drive the next stage of their growth.

This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and wants real ownership in a growing business. You’ll work closely with the owner, have autonomy to make decisions, and play a key role in shaping our service standards and brand.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee smooth operations across multiple pizza locations
• Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant teams to deliver excellent customer service
• Work one front-of-house shift per week in each location, supporting teams and leading by example
• Ensure daily standards of food quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation
• Create weekly rotas and ensure efficient staff scheduling
• Monitor performance targets, sales, labour costs, and customer feedback
• Support the Head Chef and kitchen teams to maintain consistency across all sites
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier communication
• Contribute to social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to promote specials, events, and brand visibility
• Train, develop, and performance-manage staff
• Report weekly updates, challenges, and operational improvements to the owner

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant or food-service supervisor experience is essential
• Strong people manager who leads by example
• Excellent communicator with great problem-solving skills
• Organised, reliable, and confident working independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Full driving licence is a strong advantage (multi-site role)
