Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our HR team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by attracting top talent and developing effective recruitment strategies. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and improve recruitment processes.
  • Mentor and train junior recruitment staff, sharing best practices and insights.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements:
