We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic culinary team in Dublin, Ireland. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards.
  • Manage a specific station in the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback for their professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to develop menu items and special dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills
