Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's menu and specifications.
  • Assist in managing and training junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to create seasonal menus and special dishes.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of food service.
  • Participate in menu development and uphold the restaurant's culinary standards.

Requirements:
